This paragraph is now completely unneeded with the Turn rework, so there’s no need to have it at all. You could probably remove a couple other now-unneeded sentences in there as well relating to Turn Actions, I didn’t quite clean up fully

Thanks, I removed the instruction to add that paragraph.

I looked through the rest of the Turn Actions and subrule text and didn’t find anything obviously unnecessary. If you already have an idea of which pieces you think could be removed, let me know, and I’ll add them to this Proposal if I can. Cleaning up verbosity definitely helps with readability.

Whoops, I didn’t see this until now. The edit window is probably too late for it, but I was looking at the sentences “A Turn Action defined in that island’s Local Rule may only be taken by a Token (or the Meeple who owns that Token) if that Token is in that island.” and “Turn Actions defined in an island’s Local Rule may not be applied to Tokens that are not in that island.” in the second paragraph of Local Rules.
