Proposal Draft: Segmentation Fault!

If the Rule “The Continuum” exists, change the paragraph

Often, a Traveler may set eir TL to [t]/[x]/[y], where [t], [x]. and [y] are the real parts of ‘t’, ‘x’, and ‘y’ rounded to the nearest integer.

to:

Often, a Traveler may set eir TL to [t]/[x]/[y], where [t], [x]. and [y] are the real parts of ‘t’, ‘x’, and ‘y’ rounded to the nearest integer.  If, after this, eir TL does not correspond to a valid Game Date, then reduce eir PR by half (round up) and set eir TL to (DICE3000)/(DICE12)/(DICE28).

I would probably vote for something like this if it were properly proposed.

I’m just making sure I get a negative vote icon in, in case this is another hilarious system-administration-level scam and Bucky’s just trying to collect a lot of FOR votes on a non-Proposal post before doing something annoying to it.

(Our votes are legally meaningless, if this remains as it is; there’s no such thing as a “Proposal Draft”.)
