In the “Keywords” section of the glossary, change the definition of Quorum to:
Quorum is equal to half the number of @s, rounded down, plus one.
Although I’m not sure that I approve of using CfJs as a way of circumventing haitus rules.
Abstain Per Josh’s second comment. I will vote for this if it comes up in a Proposal after Hiatus.
Idle AGAINST. The old quorum definition could use a patch, but this throws out some useful concepts.
Also, doesn’t a literal interpretation of this include idle @‘s? (this has bothered me for a while)
Nvm, sorry, I just saw the “except in certain rules where they aren’t counted” clause.
as a stopgap so that we know what the gamestate is. This is better than the current definition, after all; as an extra proposal will be needed to change to a third definition anyway, we may as well have a better definition in the interim.

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
