Proposal Enactment

I would just like to call attention to rule 1.5 “Enactment” where it states “It has a number of FOR votes that exceed or equal Quorum, has been open for voting for at least 12 hours, and has not been vetoed or self-killed.” (emphasis mine)

Yeah, but waiting at least 12 hours gives more people the chance to spot and point out a game-breaking loophole in an otherwise popular proposal.

*nods* I agree. Just the proposal in question was a straight foraward one is all lol.
