If the proposal “Plaing the Game” passes, add a dynastic Rule entitled “Going out”
If a Blognomicer’s score reaches a total of 42 than that Blognomicer may {travel} to the {Restaurant at the End of the Universe}.
Hope I did this right.
I don’t really want player statistics to play a major role in this dynasty.
You did do it right though.
Ienpw’s desires aside, I’m evaluating hooks based on how much sense they are likely to make once defined. So, “A Blognomicer may X to the Y” drastically limits the nature of verbs that X can be defined to have and make sense in the end.

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.
