Add the following items the list of purchase types

Secret Message. Cost: $500. Extra Information: The name of a broker. and a message to send to the broker that is both no more than both and no more than 1000 characters. Effect: Between processing purchase submissions and the next step of the round summary, the collector must send a private message to the named broker, the contents of which are the message as mentioned, without any mention of the broker responsible for the purchase submission.

What does this mean? “that is both no more than both and no more than 1000 characters” Confusingly worded.

ah crap it should’ve had a word cap on there too but I edited it around to make it clear that it was not both “not more than 100 words” and “not more than 1000 characters” rather than only one, and I musta dropped a few words.
