Repeal “Initialisation Phase One”.

We’re currently two keywords short of “at least twice as many Initialisation Keys as there are active Machinists”, and it feels to me like we probably have enough. Even if that method of calculation is gospel, Raven1207 doesn’t appear to be playing this dynasty.

I kind of want to keep going with phase one so we can get more fleshed out agendas (with order for example)

[Lendunistus] Phase One describes itself as being to “establish a basic set of mechanical concepts”, which I think we’ve got now.

Phase Two doesn’t close until every player has submitted a Schematic, so we’ll only start running around the Machine once everybody is ready to (or if a majority make a subsequent vote to override the holdouts).

Honestly, lemon has been pushing in favor of more keys and less fleshing out, so if the goal is to get to Phase 2, I agree that we might as well just do it.

I can’t really see any more areas that need keys, and forcing two more in just feels like it’ll add a chunk of bloat.
