Add a new subrule to “Beasts” called “Questing Beast”:-
The Questing Beast’s Motive is for there to be no Knight whose name is [Hunter].
The Questing Beast’s Behaviour is to reduce the Gold of any Knight whose name is [Hunter] by 3.
The Questing Beast’s Fortitude is 15. If an Approach to the Questing Beast does not include an ATTACK Tactic from a Knight whose name is [Hunter], and there is a Knight whose name is [Hunter], then the Questing Beast’s cannot be Slain during that Approach.
When this rule enacts, replace “[Hunter]” with the name of a randomly chosen Knight.
Purplebeard:
Interesting, and potentially very evil, but what happens if the Dragon tries to slay this beast while an Approach is active (and its nemesis isn’t attacking)?
