Quickening the Game

I think right now we are standing around waiting for people to die, and people have a half-life of four doctor’s rounds. I think we should add rules and mechanisms to hasten the game-play.

Ideas include:
more doctor’s rounds—though this has the possibility to be a burden to the good doctor.
The possibility for a second symptom if you pick up a first.
Spectral Actions that gain either hasten/delay death or add more Memento Mori. Yes, this creates a double game in which specters try to gain points and hope the last two villagers die at once, while the living villagers

Any thoughts? thought I’d state this explicitly rather than just trying to pass a bunch of rules with that intent.

I like the idea of speeding up the game but what advantage is it to me if I’m already dead? The longer this drags on, the more time I have to find a loophole to hypothetically exploit.
