Should this pass, fail all other CFJs.

Should this pass, fail all other CFJs.
Unfortunately, if this fails, it takes ages, thus negating the quickness. the trick will be to get Quick Fix passed first.
even deeper in hiatus, someone did this for the win, they will idle us all and win, hi 5 to you person, but you are still annoying and evil as I wanted to play sometime soon, you will be overthrown and stabbed, possibly in the troat, with the swords of our justice. booyacasha!
Now it is just a matter of who can jump fastest when this CfJ resolves.
I was about to vote for this, but I don’t want to fail CfJ’s that may spring up _after_ I vote. Something like this would be useful if we thought someone was intentionally extending Hiatus, though.
If someone has a valid concern that can only be addressed by CfJ, this CfJ will discorage em from making it.
(To answer Rodney: I don’t mind making the decicive vote FOR this CfJ. In that case, I actually know just what it is that I am voting for.)
