If “Party of One” has not been enacted, append to the rule “locations”:
A Villager is alone if they are the only Villager at that Location or all other villagers at that location are dead.

Has a couple leaks imo, this rule isn’t tight at all.
Actually this proposal is illegal as Viv already has two pending. But capitalisation doesn’t matter and it seems both impossible and unimportant for both conditions to be true at the same time.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
