Ragnar’s name in the GNDT was displayed incorrectly to me, ö character being replaced with a question mark. Now it looks like it is fixed. Please let me know if anything is still broken.

To me it is still displayed as a fancy question mark in a little black square.

To me it again became displayed as russian ‘ц’, that is, character with the code 0xF6. And now yes, again question mark %)
I don’t know why it didn’t keep utf-8 :(

Will it be ok to write o without the dots?
