If this proposal is passed, the author and all @s who voted for the enactment of this proposal will receive enough XP to reach the XP threshhold of their current level.
I had one last proposal for today remaining and having no ideas, decided to do one of these instead.
(That said, idle AGAINST, because proposals that reward people who vote for them are frowned upon.
Also, there is no reason to propose something just because you have a free slot - that just clogs up the proposal queue.)

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
