If the proposal “That was fun” has been enacted, rename the rule “HHGTTG” to “[POG] HHGTTG” and add the following text to it at the end:
If a Scribe is elected President of the Galaxy while they are already President of the Galaxy, that Scribe Scores. If a Scribe is elected President of the Galaxy and has been Ousted as President of the Galaxy since the last election, that Scribe may spend 2 Paper within 48 hours of the election’s resolution to Score.
