If Proposal: Recessive genes was not enacted, enact it.

In the Dynastic rule entitled Apes, change the text “each Ape has a gender tracked in the GNDT, either male or female” to read “each Ape has a gender tracked in the GNDT, either male, female or runt”.

bad use of referring to proposal titles. Someone could potentially make a proposal with that exact title and then enact it since it “was not enacted”

I think “was not enacted” gives enough past tense context here, and wouldn’t apply to a proposal further up the queue - a failed proposal “was not enacted” (it missed its chance to be enacted), but a pending proposal “has not been enacted” (it may yet).

I’d hope for a white-hat adminning, and will enact it that way if I’m around when it times out. But against so that I don’t stand in the way of a second serious objection.
