Add a subrule to the rule Definitions {I}, called On Parsing Nonsense {I}:
Throughout the dynastic ruleset, nonsense words (i.e. unbroken strings of characters, without spaces, that have no definition in the English language and which are not attestable as names) are referred to as Gibberish. When reading a rule, Gibberish words may be treated as having no value, in the sense that they neither add nor remove meaning to the sentence they are in, and the meaning of the sentence should be interpreted as if they are not there.
Change the text of the rule Tools of the Trade {M} to read as follows:
As a Heist Action, a Participant may add, remove, or change one character of a Mutable rule into a single other character, where a character is defined as one of the 26 letters of the English alphabet, its 10 numerals, commas, spaces, hyphens, apostrophes, dollar signs, and full stops, provided that after the change no new Gibberish words have been created $$.
SingularByte: he/him
You’re defining gibberish words, but then going on to refer to gibberish rules which are undefined. Is that last sentence meant to say “no new Gibberish words have been created”?
