Add the following as a subrule to “Tier 1: Techno-Witch Reality” called “Astromancy”:
A Mindjacker may carry out an Astromantic Ritual, which is an Existential Action, by making a Story Post with the title Astromantic Ritual: x, where x is a Tier of the Mindjacker’s choice. The contents of the post must include exactly two words from the Symbol Name Parts table, or exactly three if the Astromantic Ritual is not Potent.
As soon as is practical after an Astromantic Ritual, the Ascendant shall privately message the Mindjacker who performed it with each entry off the following list that applies:
* The message “The stars are dull and lifeless.” if there are no Avatars with “Star” in their Symbol Name whose occupancy Tier appeared in the title of the Astromantic Ritual post.
* For each Symbol Name Part word mentioned in the Astromantic Ritual post, a response reading “You spy a (word) star.” if at least one Avatar exists whose occupancy Tier appeared in the title of the Astromantic Ritual post, and whose Symbol Name includes both the mentioned word and the word “Star”; or “No (word) stars can be seen.” if no such Avatars currently exist. Here, (word) shall be replaced with the mentioned word.
a narrow, but still potentially useful, Tier 1 action that helps Mindjackers rule out words from the Symbol Names of Stars. this one is a bit stronger if you’re on Tier 1, to help new and low-level players gather more information. higher-level players will gain suspicion equal to their Level when they take this action, as its rules refers to its potency status!
i think that having several little investigative actions like this sprinkled throughout the tiers (we already have Skywriting and Psychic Pings!) will add texture to the game and liven up the puzzle of tracking down Avatars.

“an Astromantic Ritual an Existential Action” is probably meant to be “as an”. Plus, I would make a stronger assertion that it is an Existential Action, rather than saying it may be carried out as one.
