In rule “Version” change:
While an AI has a Version which is higher than that of at least 75% of AIs (rounding down), that AI is still in beta and can never be considered to have achieved victory while it is there.

While an AI has a Version which is higher than that of at least 75% of AIs (rounding down), that AI is still in beta. While an AI is still in beta, their Score is passively reduced by 20% until they are no longer in beta.
And
Add a rule and name it “Victory” to Dynastic Rules and add the following description:
Each AI passively has a “Score”. A Score is the sum of the number of points that an AI has based on the following:
. 10 points for each Leeway the AI has
. 10 points for each Influence the Al has
. 5 points for each World Data the Al hasIf an Al’s Score is 200 points or higher, then that AI has achieved victory. If multiple Als reach to 200 points or higher at the same time, then of those AIs is chosen to achieve victory.
