Proposal: Reducing Redundencies

Under Rule 2.9.1 Remove:

This rule has no effect unless the current Season is Autumn / Fall.

Under Rule 2.9.2 Remove:

This rule has no effect unless the current Season is Winter.

Under Rule 2.9.3 Remove:

This rule has no effect unless the current Season is Spring.

Under Rule 2.9 Add:

These rules have no effect unless the current season is the same as the subrule

It’s a little tedious to add “This rule has no effect unless the current Season is (Insert Season here)” to proposals. I’m making it universal in rule 2.9 by stating that the current season affect which rules we have.

You don’t have to add it to the Proposal. Just say that you’re adding to the rule Spring, or whatever.  against
