...I don’t see any tag.
I think I might just idle out. That’s three times in a row now I’ve gotten the development forums wrong, so I’m probably not in the right head space for it.
Hmm, someone had made a comment in a previous dynasty that the tag requirement on an Event is actually not necessary due to another rule. I haven’t found the comment or the rule in question yet, but I’ll keep looking.

Given that non-votable matters can’t have tags I’d call that a contradiction, although the appendix does have precedence
I think I’m going to leave it up as a test case, as will note that that contradiction probably needs resolving
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
