Add to the rule “Theft”:
In addition, the Katamari’s Stability is increased by one.
This was in the original proposal, but had a typo that prevented the text from actually entering the ruleset.
I think stability should increase when you mess around with the order of items, or when you add large and bulky items to the Katamari.
Decreasing stability should only happen if you are taking actions primarily to decrease stability. Or possibly as the result of adding lots of items to the Katamari.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
