Proposal: Remove foot from mouth

In the rule entitled “Agendas”, insert a paragraph bread before the text “Successful Calls for Judgement are explicitly permitted to modify the ‘Candidate Agendas’ document.”  Then add the following text immediately after it:

A proposal by a Candidate is also permitted to change or remove that Candidate’s Good Intentions; however, if it does so then the proposal’s author gains no Supporters under Rule 2.5 for that proposal.
