A while back, that addlepate Tagone dared challenge me upon the shores were I was a-plunderin’.  It was a long battle, but I won—learned a few new tricks, too.  So then Angry Grasshopper comes up, thinking I’ll be easy pickins after what happened last time between the two of us.  E mustn’t ‘ave seen my last fight, because e underestimated me, and challenged me after I told em what I thought of that dumb eyepatch.  I held back for a while, and eventually, AG declared victory.  As E was walkin’ away, I heard him mutter something about a “close call,” and “good thing e didn’t roll even a single extra point.”  I figured then that the time was ripe to really finish this duel.  I knocked em senseless as e was leaving, with a nice solid blow which had every chance of succeeding, but could not seriously injure em in any way.
