The rules Naming Scheme, Clones, Treason, Location, Reactor Leak (and all its subrules), We Are Not Alone (and all its sub and sub-sub, and sub-sub-sub, and sub-sub-sub-sub rules), and Perversity are Demoted to INFRARED from their current respective clearances.
The rules Naming Scheme, and Clones are Promoted to ULTRAVIOLET from INFRARED.
The rules Treason, and Location are promoted to VIOLET from INFRARED.
The rules Reactor Leak (and all its subrules), We Are Not Alone (and all its sub and sub-sub, and sub-sub-sub, and sub-sub-sub-sub rules), and Perversity are Promoted to RED from INFRARED.
Resetting GNDT values. Since no Citizen is a Citizen for the purposes of INFRARED rules, Designations (prime designations and home sectors), Clone-Numbers, Treason Points, Locations, Mutant Powers, and Groups are all reset to the default values.
