Add a subrule to “Attractions List” called “Reverse Fortune Teller”, with the following text:
“Reverse Fortune Teller is a Queue. Its Front Effect is “Admit 2: Perform an Action you haven’t performed this dynasty.” “
This is a sort of “catch-up” attraction that lets people who haven’t done much “skip” some busy cues if they haven’t done it yet.
Plus, since the Proprietor is the one that processes the Front Effect, how would they know what action to choose if there were multiple possibilities?
I think this is unworkable under any sensible interpretation of what’s written.
If it’s instructing the Proprietor to choose an action the Proprietor hasn’t chosen before, it gives no guidance as to what that action is supposed to be, and any choice I make will be unfair in some respect.
If it’s supposed to be the Visitor’s Group somehow choosing the action during the Red Light period, most Groups wouldn’t be online to make the choice, but if they are then this would be a replay of a known scam - achieving victory is an action that hasn’t been performed yet.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
