If “A warning about danger” does not pass, this proposal does nothing

Add the following to “Sigils”

Sigils may be Active or Inactive and are by default Active. An Inactive Sigil is denoted by having a * next to the Vampire Lord’s name in the list of Sigils for a room.

When a Sigil in a room is destroyed, the corresponding Vampire Lord’s name is removed from the list of Sigils in that room.

A Vampire Lord may destroy one of their Sigils engraved in any room at any time

Add the following as the second step of the atomic action in “Richardo’s Journey”

* Set all Inactive Sigils to Active

If “Architecture and Immorality” and “Energizer Bunny” both pass, add the following to the list of Features

* Richardo von Nestor gains 1 Energy for each Active Sigil engraved here. Set all Sigils engraved here to Inactive. (+1)
