Add the following as a subrule to “Roles”, and call it “Experience Rewards”:
* Whenever a Barbarian gains a kill, they gain an additional 6 Experience Points, multiplied by their dungeon level.
* Whenever a Priest gains HP, unless it was caused by gaining a level, they gain 12 Experience Points.
* Whenever a Rogue causes another @ to die, they gain 20 Experience Points.
* Whenever a Wizard quaffs a potion, they gain 12 Experience Points.
* Whenever a Valkyrie receives damage from a monster, they gain 3 Experience Points, multiplied by their dungeon level.
* Whenever a Tourist adds an item to their Discovery List apart from the items in their starting inventory, they gain 15 Experience Points.

Leaning towards
here; good idea, but I fear the Rogue is overpowered if he gets his hands on a two-handed sword or wand of cold, which a Rogue camping on Dlvl 1 could manage quite easily.
