Add to the rule “Sentence effects”
Round up to resolve fractions created by this rule. Numbers set rather than added or subtracted to another number are not halved or doubled by this rule
hope this will clear up the small hammer. Though it makes small hammers strictly better than hammers.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
