In the rule “Staff”, after “A Councillor may not take a Staff Action if they have fewer than 1 Ready Staff.” add:-
A Councillor may not take a Staff Action if they are not part of a Party.
Straight reproposal of Party Invite since it timed out.
This would make considerably more sense—in terms of the metaphor—if it were a restriction from Campaigning.
[Brendan] No more than anything else, it’s not as if Campaigning requires you to always change the Block to your own Party.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
