Add the following to the end of the third paragraph of the rule Levels of Reality:

Each Tier should be represented by at most one top-level dynastic rule. At any time, the Ascendant may re-order the Tier Rules such that they are listed in order of Tier Level, from lowest to highest.

If there is more than one Tier 1 rule, remove “Tier 1:” from their titles and make them sub-rules of a new rule with no text, called Tier 1: Techno-Witch Reality.

If there is a Tier 2 rule, remove “Tier 2:” from its title and make it a sub-rule of a new rule with no text, called Tier 2: Post Singularity Consciousness.

Add a new rule to the ruleset, called Tier 3: Psychic Dreamscape, with no text. Give that rule a subrule, called Near-Field Psyonics, with the following text:

As an exception to the restrictions placed in the Special Case rule No Collaborations, a Mindhacker may privately communicate freely with any Mindhacker whose Level has the same Value as their own.
