No Noble may take any action that, in part or in entirety, would cause that sum to exceed 110 except for the following exceptions: If acquiring a Title would cause the sum to exceed 110, the Noble acquiring the Title instead gains as many parcels as possible without the sum exceeding 110. Nobles may unidle and cause the sum to exceed 110 but then the Noble who unidled immediately loses parcels (starting with their unoccupied parcels) until the sum no longer exceeds 110.
