Part 1:
If there is a rule entitled “Food and Water”, then amend the text that presently reads: “There exists a global number called Food and Water. Food and Water shall initially be 50.” so that it reads: “There exists a global number called Food and Water, which shall be an integer less than or equal to X. Food and Water shall initially be 50.”  When enacting this Rule, do not change the value of Food and Water unless it is greater than X, in which case it shall be set to X.

Part 2:
If there is a subrule entitled “Stamina”, then amend the text that presently reads: “Each Survivor has a Number called Stamina, which is tracked in the GNDT and initially 10.” so that it reads: “Each Survivor has a Number called Stamina, which shall be an integer less than or equal to Y, which is tracked in the GNDT and initially 10.”  When enacting this Rule, do not change the value of any Survivor’s Stamina except for values of Stamina that are greater than Ywhich shall be set to Y.

Part 3: In this proposal, the value of X is 75 and the value of Y is 15 unless a majority of the Effective Vote Comments to this proposal which include unambiguous suggestions to set particular values of X and Y to different values (for example, “Let X by 80 and Y be 20”) agree on a single particular value for X and a single particular value for Y, in which case X and Y shall be those values.
