Proposal: Scorn Free

In “Scorn”, replace “A single Pactmaker cannot Scorn more than five Promises.” with:-

While a Pactmaker is Scorning five or more Promises, they cannot Scorn further Promises.

Clarifying the limit as five-at-once, not five-per-dynasty.

for It is still a very severe limitation, though. For instance, if a Pactmaker makes a short-term Promise and does not break it, all Scorns on that Promise are definitive.

This is the case with orkboi’s Promise number 7: if they transfer 1 Mana to every (four or more) Pactmaker who Scorns that promise, then Scorns on that Promise can never be withdrawn.
