If Scurvy exists, change its effects to:-
When a Swashbuckler gets Scurvy, they lose 1 GPS (they gain 1 GPS when they’re cured). If you’ve got Scurvy, you can’t regain GPS in Crew’s Quarters.
And add a new Motley effect:-
Citrus fruits: Any item of citrus fruit may be eaten, removing it from the eater’s Motley - if they had Scurvy, it’s cured.

Arr, but if scurvy be cured by somethin’ so simple as another motley that can be bought at any port then we might as well make it somethin; that can be cured at the sawbones! I prefer having ther variety, even if it do be slightly more complicated.
