Destroy all Crops that have a Shade requirement greater than the Shade of their Square. Do not create any wood as a result of destroying crops that way.
A bunch of Farmers have illegally-planted sunflowers in low-shade areas.
This penalizes people for abusing a legitimate bug, even though the only person it hurts is Bucky himself. I think a better way would be to refund the sun cost of the destroyed plants.
as this bug was implemented by proposal for some wonky reason. We should just fix it by moving the sunflowers rather than penalizing people a lot.
