Proposal to amend Rule 2.1 as follows:

Part 1:
Delete the following sentence from the end of Rule 2.1

The Mastermind will track the affiliations of all Agents in whatever manner they choose.

Part 2:
Add the following text to the end of Rule 2.1

The Mastermind will maintain a post, stickied at the top of the blog, entitled “Affiliation Statistics”, which the Mastermind may update from time to time.  This post will include the following information at a minimum: the date and time that the post was last edited, the sum of the number of Agents whose Affiliations are “World” and “Double Agent-True Affiliation World”, and the sum of the number of agents whose Affiliations are “Mastermind” and “Double Agent-True Affiliation Mastermind”.  In addition to this post, the Mastermind may track the affiliations of Agents in any manner that e chooses that is not forbidden by the Rules.

I was uncomfortable with “in whatever manner they choose”.  What does “they” mean? 

Come to think of it, perhaps the statistic should sum “World” and “Double Agent True Affiliation Mastermind” vs. “Mastermind” and “Double Agent True Affiliation World”.

Hence the “from time to time”.  It need not be updated with any particular frequency.

I take Amnistar’s point.  I hate to self-kill and repost (since that would take up my other proposal slot, and I’m thinking of a map-based proposal along the lines of my other non-proposal post), but I pledge that if this passes, I will propose an amendment to reverse the way double agents are treated for purposes of this proposal.

I’d also like some kind of delay before this is started, because I’ve only got a limited number of Agent’s with declared affiliations at this time.

Another point well taken—plus, if it were adopted and then amended to reverse the reporting of double agents, this would give away too much information. Too many flaws, perhaps I will amend and repost later. against (SELF KILL)
