I have sent PMs notifying as many citizens as possible of their group assignments. Any Citizen without a group should also have received a PM, indicating this. However, before I had sent all PMs, I got an error message from ExpressionEngine, telling me that I had exceeded my PM total for today. I then sent emails to all un-PM’ed citizens with their assignments (or lack-there-of). Citizen Nine-R-BGN-1 (90000) has not received either, due to an unfortunate bug in ExpressionEngine, which won’t allow me to send anything to em, probably because of eir new name.

If you have not received a PM (including citizens who have been contacted in other manners): please send me a PM, so that I know to send you your (official) assignment. Thank you.
