Append the following to Rule 2.1.1:

A player is said to be in their home-sector.

strongly against I changed it to home-sector for a reason. It doesn’t make sense flavor-wise or game-wise. It also prevents people from changing which sector they are in without changing where they are from. If you want to visit a different place, should you have to get your birth-certificate changed to say that you were born there?
