Proposal: Seeing the sky and checking the weather

Add an item to the Blognomic sidebar entitled “The Sky” and an item to the Blognomic sidebar entitled “Forecast”.
In the rule “The Almanac”, replace “The current Season is listed under the item “Current Season” in the sidebar template of the Blognomic blog. If this item is inaccurate, any Admin may update it to correctly reflect the current Season” with:
The current Season, Visible Constellations and Weather Forecast are listed under the items “Current Season”, “The Sky” and “Forecast” in the sidebar template of the Blognomic blog, respectively. If these items are inaccurate, any Admin may update it to correctly reflect the current Season, Visible Constellations and Weather Forecast.
It only makes sense to track the sky and weather on the main site like seasons rather then always having to check the wiki.
Seems bad to have gamestate being explicitly tracked in two places at once - from a ruleset perspective, both are equally valid.
