Upon enacting this proposal, change the Game State to remove the Symptom of Death from the Doctor.
Some N/A rules and actions cannot be performed without the doctor’s participation.
Nomic! This needs a permanent (and retroactive) fix, though, I’ve processed a couple of Remedy consumptions without thinking of them as “actions”. I’ll raise a CfJ to see if we can sort it out before today’s Rounds.
No need to keep voting here - once someone has voted against their own proposal, “this renders the Proposal Self-Killed, even if the author later changes their Vote” and it will always fail.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.

I guess this could allow you to try to enact your “Cough Medicine” item consumption attempt, but not much else than that. This proposal is hardly a solution to the “problem”, and it looks to me to be pretty lop-sided towards your interests (your own item consumption attempt).
Allowing the Doctor to be able to perform his actions is a reasonable proposal imo, but this isn’t the way to do it (unless there is some majority that wants a “temporarily alive” Doctor or something, to keep him denied later on).
