Without ais here to guide us, there were several major misunderstandings on the part of all Contestants.
This CFJ depends on: would you rather play a nomic in which scams decide things, or in which the intent of the rules decide things? I’m inclined towards the second (for BlogNomic, it’s one of the things that makes it unique), but am interested in what other people will think.
...I’m concerned that this CfJ does not mention a time frame. After all, CfJs can take effect up to 4 days after they are created, no? So the effects of this CfJ could be totally ignoring whatever happens during that time.
Hix—passing a CfJ fixing a change in favor of the spirit of the rules and then abusing that against the spirit of the rules is silly enough that I don’t think anyone is going to try it.

@Clucky: as for your reply to Hix, that’s the sort of trick I often try to pull off in nomic. BlogNomic seems like the wrong nomic for it, though.
This’ll be stuck in the sidebar forever unless we all work together to fail it, and it won’t do anything now because yuri’s won anyway.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.
