Create a new Sub-rule of Fame with the text:

Sharing the Spotlight:
When an Actor adds a Named role to eir Filmography from a Film which another Actor has already added a Named Role from, the Actor adding the Role gains 2 fame, and the Actor who already had the Role loses 2 Fame.  The Actor adding the role does not post a Press Conference thread and no other Actor may add a Role from that film.

against I’m in general for this, but it produces an ambiguity in the rules; 2.8 says that the Filmography entry is rescinded if there is no Press Conference Post, and this rule says that no Press Conference Post is made.  Change it so that 2.8 explicitly defers to this rule, and you’ll get my support.

against Seems illogical that a star would lose fame just because they’re sharing the billing.

As explained last time, they aren’t losing fame, they’re sharing the fame from the Press Conference.  This mostly to have an option that reduces the number of press Conference posts.

against SK because it doesn’t work with the rules, will re-propose with edit to 2.8 to allow this.
