Add under Dynastic Rules a section called “Quickpatch”. Include in Quickpatch the following:

If a Villager doesn’t perform an action the Dynastic Rules recommends them to do within 24 of the soonest moment that the recommendation’s action would take place, that Villager can be shot by a Should-Bullet by any Villager, through a post announcing this along explaining why that Villager merits a Should-Bullet. Villagers shot by a Should-Bullet die (acquire the Symptom Death).

A hotfix to enforce “shoulds”. Currently, a copy of our ruleset without all of the ‘shoulds’ is identical to one without them, purely mechanically speaking. Subjective-wise they have some worth but since pure mechanic interpretations let you get away with stuff in CjFs and such, ‘shoulds’ outside of the ‘fair play’ rule stuff are pretty much powerless, and can be ignored completely, because they’re just recommendations. Like me recommending you to vote FOR to this proposal has no legal enforcing power whatsoever - same with the shoulds in the ruleset.

Maybe rewriting all of the shoulds altogether would work better though, I dunno, let me know what you think.

You’re arguing that “should” actions cannot be taken and also that we should kill everyone who fails to take them?

against ‘Shoulds’ appear to be mainly for flavor and convenience.
