Create a new rule called “Hustles”, with the following text:-

Each Gambler may have a Segment as their Hustle, tracked on the Wheel wiki page. A Gambler may change their own Hustle at any time.

In “Wagers”, replace “If the Wheel is Past Due, Gamblers may not change their Wager.” with:-

If the Wheel is Past Due, Gamblers may not change their Wager or Hustle.

To the end of the bulleted list in “Wagers”, add:-

* For each Gambler who has 3 or more Annoyingness and a Segment on the Wheel as their Hustle, reduce their Annoyingness by 3 and apply the Payout of that Segment to them.

In the Bronco Segment, replace “Randomly select an instance of this segment within all wagers. The gambler with that random instance in their wager is the Cowboy.” with:-

Randomly select an instance of this segment within all Wagers and Hustles. The gambler with that random instance in their Wager or Hustle is the Cowboy.
