In the rule “Anchors”, after “a Mindjacker may change their Anchor to be the name of another Mindjacker whose Level is exactly equal to their own”, add “or change it to be empty.”

Append the following paragraph to the rule “Astral Disjunction”:

It is an Agenda Item to have an empty Anchor.

Add the following as a subrule of “Tier 5: Hypersquid Sonic Waveform Ocean”, called “Echoes”

As an Existential Action, a Mindjacker can send a single private message (called an Echo) to another Mindjacker with a Level lower than their own. An Echo must be clearly marked as such, and must contain the names of two different actions in the following list, as well as all of the details described in each action’s list entry, separated from one another for clarity:
* Astromantic Ritual: A link to an Astromantic Ritual post made within the last 3 days and the full text of the private message sent by the Ascendant in response to that Astromantic Ritual.
* Psychic Ping: A link to a Pyschic Ping post made within the last 3 days and the full text of the private message sent by the Ascendant in response to that Psychic Ping.
* Tasting the Quantum Soup: The exact time and date of a message sent to Taste the Quantum Soup within the last 3 days, and the full text of the private message sent by the Ascendant in response to that message.
* Resonance Testing: The exact time, date, and text of a message sent to Resonance Test within the last 3 days, and the full text of the private message sent by the Ascendant in response to that message.

It is an Agenda Item to send an Echo that includes information one has never sent in an Echo before.

In the rule “Levels of Reality”, after “with links to prior gamestate demonstrating that completion where necessary”, add “(or, if links aren’t applicable, as much information about the action as is necessary to identify it specifically)”.
