If the results of the first duel between Ienpw III and Kaia have not been announced, Ienpw III is the triumphant in that duel.

Ienpw III is currently locked out of the blog due to some kind of server bug, and has asked me to post this CfJ in their name. They included the flavour text comment that “As Cuddlebeam and Kaia appear to be in an alliance, I’m beginning to suspect I won our duel but Cuddlebeam is intentionally withholding judgement.”

Not sure how Kaia would feel, since their duel was accepted before it had any loss penalties attached. And since it’s a CfJ, Cuddlebeam might not get on to respond in the sixteen hours before this passes. Respectfully,

for Clarifying explicit support for this. If a player exploits a loophole to avoid a minor penalty, without taking measures to extricate themselves from the position it leaves them in (of still being in an active duel which they have - it appears - technically lost), they should expect that to catch up with them eventually.
