Clarifying explicit support for this. If a player exploits a loophole to avoid a minor penalty, without taking measures to extricate themselves from the position it leaves them in (of still being in an active duel which they have - it appears - technically lost), they should expect that to catch up with them eventually.

Cuddlebeam has had a while now to “get on” and post the duel results.

I’m planning to defferential on this, but not until its been around for 24 hours
