- Remove all Shots marked on the Chart.

- Remove all Shots marked on the Chart.
- Remove all Vessels from the Chart controlled by Idle Captains.
- Add all Vessels to the Chart controlled by Captains that have unidled since last Watch that were deleted by the above list step when they idled.

With a slow gameplay cycle, this makes idling too tempting a tactic, I think: if your battleship is in a great position but about to be sunk, you can cloak for 96 hours by idling and returning later.
