In rule 2.1, after “If a Seller has fewer than four Goods” include ” and a Profit no lower than £-50”
Prevents spamming item searches indefinitely, since currently there’s no reason not to.
Does seem likely that future rules will make this a huge drawback, but a clear boundary on “wait, if I do this 1000 times it would give me a definite advantage” situations is never a bad thing.
Note that your own proposal to swap rules 2.1 and 2.2 around will stop this from having any effect, if it passes.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
