Bad bad sniper. Generally, what we do with such DoVs is not vote for them straight away so they can’t be adminned first…

The whole DoV thing could use a re-writing. Its always stuck me as odd that a DoV with 7 legal votes for and none against could fail simply because the emperor voted for it.
