To the start of the second bulleted list in “The Watch”, add:-
* In the rule “Armour Value and Damage”, replace “When a Vessel Sinks, all Captains (except for those who share a Side with the controller of the Sinking Vessel) who control a Vessel which created” “When a Battleship, Minelayer or Submarine Sinks, all Captains who control a Vessel which created”, then remove this bullet point from the ruleset.
With one Side down to a single Captain, maybe it’s time for a free-for-all. Transports excepted from the scoring since they’re easy targets to set up.
